What parents need to know
Is my slot guaranteed when I book online?
Yes. Online bookings lock in your session before you arrive. Weekends and school holidays sell out, so booking ahead is the safe choice.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. After paying you'll get a confirmation email with a QR code. Just show it on your phone at the front desk.
What time should we arrive?
Arrive 15 minutes before your session so you have time to sign the safety waiver, change and store your shoes. Sessions start on time.
Do we need grip socks?
Yes. Trampo grip socks are required on all trampoline activities. Add them at checkout or buy a pair at the venue; they're reusable on every future visit.
Which payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, including Omani debit cards carrying the Visa or Mastercard logo. Your card is only charged once your session is confirmed.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before your session. Send us a WhatsApp with your booking reference and we'll handle the rest.
Do parents need a ticket?
Parents who are supervising (not jumping) enter free. A ticket is only needed if the parent wants to join in.
